Nikki is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and principal of The Nikki Hanna Real Estate Group. She has her own real estate team under LoKation Real Estate Brokerage that includes buyer’s agents, a transaction coordinator and provides relocation services to south Florida. You work with Nikki one-on-one to list and sell your home and she is involved in every transaction on her team.
As a dedicated professional and a strategic thinker she has a very broad understanding of the imperative real estate services needed for her clients, assists in the overall management of a diverse portfolio the brokerage encompasses and understands the unique needs of various proprietors and future clients. Nikki was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida where she attended Nativity Catholic School and is an alumnus of Chaminade-Madonna High School. She attended Nova Southeastern University where she graduated with a masters in business and leadership.
Nikki Hanna has been a part of the West Broward community for 20 years as a business consultant and owner of several successful businesses in the health and wellness industry. She was the Chief Executive Officer for the Davie-Cooper City Chamber of Commerce and the Chair of the Broward County Council of Chambers. She supports small businesses and makes sure local vendors from the community are always used.

Born and raised in South Florida, Nikki Hanna has been a part of the West Broward community for more than 20 years as a consultant and owner of several successful businesses in the health and wellness industry. In 2017, she was asked to join the Davie-Cooper City Chamber of Commerce to restructure the organization, repaired community relationships that were lost, and implement a strategic plan to increase revenue, visibility and growth. Her significant successes included increasing general membership by 52%, gaining 41 new trustee members, the establishment of 3 dynamic leads groups and 6 active committees, and improved programs and events for members resulting in the Chamber being the fastest growing chamber in Broward County. Actively involved in the community through volunteering, serving on committees and helping to raise money for non-profits, Nikki derives immense satisfaction from giving back and watching the impact non-profit organizations have in the community.
